WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Came in for a no-chip with a french tip and the lady that was doing my nails did a thick white line at first, I told her I would like to have a thinner line and she visibly got annoyed with me. She did not even take the time to make sure nails on both hands matched nor was I given a chance to check and as you can see from the photos she did a horrible job and was extremly unprofessional and rude the whole time. On top of that, I got charged $10 for the french tip, when on the webiste it says that it is $5. This was my first and last time at this nail salon.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came here for a dip manicure and regular pedicure because my regular place was closed. The woman did both services in about 50 minutes-extremely rushed and rough with me. Not to mention rude. A few days later I noticed my white dip powder completely changed to an ugly yellow color out of the blue. I went back to see if they could fix it and the manager was extremely rude and tried to charge me again to re do it! The whole experience was terrible, very rude staff, dirty environment, do not recommend at all. Will not be coming back.

I had got to the salon earlier than my appointment and the staff greeted me warmly at the door. It had been a while since I got a manicure or pedicure done. I have issues with ingrown toenails on my big toes and have had bad experiences with previous salons. When I mentioned to the woman doing the pedicure my situation, she was attentive and listened to my concerns. She told me her process and what she was going to do and asked if I was okay with everything. The staff made me feel safe and comfortable, and I felt like I was in great hands. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

Hands down one of the best nail salon in town, probably the best in Lincoln Park area. Nail color that I requested was on point. The salon is CLEAN, full of natural light and positive vibe. Angie and Ivy are simply awesome people.
Definitely check them out and thank me later!

FINALLY I FOUND A GOOD SALON. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I LOVED ALL THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE. They offer me a tea and water. Such a nice atmosphere as well. I would say 10/10 clean. I saw how they cleaned everything right away.( under the blus ultry light ). For my pedicure and manicure used all clean and new. Definitely will come back and recommend for everyone ♡♡♡♡♡

I’ve been visiting this nail salon for 3 years (and counting)! I always get compliments on my nails, and have convinced many friends to make Salon NB their go to place too. During my last visit it started down pouring rain outside, and Ivy lent me an umbrella after I mentioned I didn’t have one. Great nail service and great people!
