I had a great experience doing my laser at Manhattan Laser Spa! Doing laser for the first time was nerve wracking but the staff made the process very smooth and comfortable. Alithea was very sweet and communicated everything to me about the process and what to expect. She set me up with Amanda who did an amazing job on me! After going back a few times, I can already say working with Amanda has given me the results I wanted! Additionally, the place was clean and organized. I would recommend 10/10!

I have been going to Manhattan Laser Spa for almost a year and I continue to enjoy the experience. Whenever I call there has been someone to help answer my questions. Alithea at the front desk has been particularly helpful and knowledgeable about a few treatments that I am curious about.

For now I have been doing laser hair removal and I started seeing results after my first treatment. Cyzayna has done all of my treatments so far and she is comforting and as gentle as possible. I have done laser treatment in the past and have been told that because of my skin tone being African American that I was not a candidate for certain lasers. Manhattan Laser Spa has what is needed for me and I am very happy. Almost zero wait time , the office is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Coming to Manhattan Laser Spa has been my introduction to getting laser removal. I've been both curious and skeptical about it some time. I've had shaving and waxing experiences that has left me in pain and scarred so trying laser wasn't high on the list for me. Being a woman of color, that added to the reluctance. Not everyone is well trained for our skin type. All of my concerns were addressed at MLS. Starting off light and slow, I am trying it out on a small area that is normally covered. I am 3 treatments in and the experience has been wonderful and quick. I initially started with Tatiana (1st session). She is wonderful. So sweet and nice. Quick and efficient. My last 2 sessions has been with Czayna. She is an absolute doll. So amazing. She took the time to reiterate the process and gave me additional tips for moving forward. Alithea checked me in a was super sweet and helpful. When I mentioned that I wanted to move on to other treatments and body parts, she told me how to prepare. All of the staff that I've met has been wonderful. The location is clean, bright, welcoming, calming and peaceful. Any anxiety I had prior to has vanished. I'm looking forward to more services with Manhattan Laser Spa. I highly recommend giving them a chance. 10 out of 10.
