This is a very nice Kroger. It is clean and has a lot of featured sections, butcher, bakery, cheese shop, sushi, and hot food items. They even have a KroBar!! Which is a great way to have a pint or glass of wine as you shop. I have seen this in other Krogers, but to have this right on the beltline is awesome. The store also has a Starbucks. Fantastic parking and security as well.

I am bit biased on this review because this was the first place I ever worked at after immigrating to the US. I used to late evening shifts. Its amazing to see the transformation after almost 23 years! For a minute, I thought this was whole foods!
Its very well organized, good quality produce and prepared meals, empanadas!

I had a horrible incident at the Kroger on Ponce that has the bar facing the Atlanta Beltline. I asked the lady cooking outside on the patio if she could turn down the music as it was so loud people where covering there ears, except for a few illegal vendors that were selling next to this employee of Kroger. I spoke to the manager about the volume of the music. The woman cooking outside of this Kroger, who had a small beard, was an embarrassment to both Kroger and humanity in general. Another customer witnessed this Kroger employee screaming and yelling when asked to turn down the music. Even an employee suggested lowering the volume. I thought speaking with the manager would resolve the situation, especially since other employees had witnessed her acting so inappropriately. However, when the manager, an older Indian woman, came out, she said there was nothing she could do as Kroger had authorized it and suggested coming inside as a solution. To make matters worse, inappropriate ads—clearly from a Pandora stream—were playing, and the music was completely unsuitable for children of any age. It’s disappointing to see Kroger being a bad neighbor to those within earshot of this terrible music.

Horrible serve. Ridiculously rude security allowing random stragglers into Kroger but we were rejected because they were “closed.” They were in fact not closed. When asked, she stated that they worked here. When asked, the customers did not work here. Accepting monetary offers to be let into the store “after hours” for alcohol.

Poor customer service in pickup! After checking in on the app, I had to flag an employee down to remind them I was there. The employee moved with no sense of urgency even though 5+ cars had also been waiting at least 45 minutes past their pickup window. The employee NEVER returned and no explanation was given. After calling corporate, only then was I able to be told that my order would be unable to be fulfilled until 10AM the next day. Kroger said they could only offer me $10 store credit for my next order. Why would I order again given this level of customer service? Unacceptable!

Neo murder kroger is pretty solid with good parking and very convenient as it's on the beltline. Reasonable selection but not quite as much as some larger krogers. The only slight negative is weak AC from time to time which is weird for a grocery store

I used to order sandwiches here, as its close to work and a nice walk on the beltline in the afternoon. My experience was bad enough that I complained about the giant eye lash girl working at the counter. She was extremely rude to me, but what's even more amusing is listening to her still be rude to customers, and still have a job. I complained, Kroger did nothing.
