I am surprised actually. I have NEVER done tele health before. It's VERY convenient that My provider seems awesome!! I only met her this first time.. what i love tho, is the fact I don't have to leave my home to get my prescriptions. I only did inital appointment so I hope all appointments are this nice!!

I would recommend Klinic To anyone. Very good doctor and help me out filling out the forms I needed to do for my doctors appointment and he explained everything to me and it went very smooth and had my prescription within less than an hour. I will definitely be using klinic From here and now on.

I have to give 5 stars because this was so easy and saved me so much time I can't believe it, very professional and all in the comfort of my own home, My only concern is trying to add photos of my urine test to my file, I have step by step instructions but for some reason they don't work, they say to add a photo by pushing the + symbol on my documents page but there isn't one. Very confusing

I just got started and was treated very kindly by the gentleman that called me for the intake. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my appointment before I ran out of my medication. So I feel like this will be a great place for my recovery. I will add more once I've done my appointment and a few groups.

So glad I found Klinic! Was all setup with Bicycle Health and then told at the last minute they were totally full taking anyone with Medicare after advertising it like crazy. Already had cancelled my other provider and was left with nothing.

Klinic didn't think they accepted my insurance but had me submit a picture of my card anyways. They were able to accept my insurance within minutes and got me an appointment the next day. So far so good!! Very attentive, fast replies, no issues! All from the comfort of home! Thank You!!

Horrible! They over charge and change their rate policies so much I couldn’t manage. First it was pay 250 upfront then 100 per visit then it was 75 per visit then 300 for an additional. This place is not professional. They literally text with you and argue back and for . I have soooo many text messages from the lady even saying I’m not going to go back and forth with you lol. The actual provider or doc was nice but the customer service is the worst. They argue back and forth with sick people who are trying to get help. They never answer their phone and just text as if you want to text about your health. As sick as I was I had to change companies because of the customer service alone. If you are going through it and need help with suboxone do not use this company. lol look at this text this is how they talk to their paying clients what a joke. I moved to Florida and simply asked why I have to pay initial appointment prices and she gives me attitude. The prices changes one guy said I can do 75 a week then they argued with me back and forth through text . Just horrible and clearly they have overseas agents who have no empathy for clients it’s sad . The provider was nice yes but the desk is a mess !!!!!!!!!!! I am on to another company that had actual set and clear policies and talk to you not text like teenagers.
