Did my makeup really well. Went to get my makeup done for a photoshoot and she took me in last minute. I am so grateful for that. It wasn’t my first time getting my makeup done but it was my first time not having to fix anything afterwards. She also offered so many other services and her shop looked very clean and nice. Definitely recommend

I booked a Brazilian and underarm wax appointment with Priscilla for June 2, 2023. This was by far the best wax that I have had to date. I have been to a few other places and have left with small patches of hair. But this was the smoothest, cleanest wax that I've had with no irritation, just mild redness that was gone by the next day, which is expected. Priscilla was friendly, inviting, and informative. My underarm hair was too short so she suggested that we wait till next time and removed that service from my tab. She asked relevant questions to ensure that I was getting the appropriate service and was sure to prepare me for the "not so fun" areas of the Brazilian. Priscilla is now my new wax tech; super bummed that I found her so late in the game. She is worth every penny!

I have used Image Studio for 1.5 years while I was living in Texas and let me tell you, they really took care of me. I had bikini waxing and eyebrow waxing done regularly. They also had a great special on laser hair removal, and so I did that through them too (how I miss them since I've moved)!! The staff is kind, courteous, and super professional. They always make sure that you are super aware of your service after care and what to look out for when you're finished. Rachelle was amazing and seeing her quickly became a highlight in my month. They treat their reoccurring customers like family. I would highly recommend them!!!

First professional wax ever. Done it at home a few times sugaring and regular wax but wanted to try a professional. The establishment was neat and clean also, the young lady who did my wax was kind and professional. My only issue is that I was burned by the hot wax and 3 weeks later, I still have the marks which was a bit embarrassing because a week after my appointment I went on a cruise all burnt up. As I am writing this review, I still have the marks on my thighs and legs. I did inform the young lady that the wax was a bit hot but she stated that it was the same temperature that was used on all of their clients so I sucked it up. I followed all post wax procedures but nothing changed. My friend noticed the weps and what appeared to be hives on my legs and said that was the first time she had ever seen that, considering she gets waxed often elsewhere. I don't know if it was just how my body reacted to it or if it was not done correctly. I never got burned while doing it at home, I was just missing spots and it took too long. I paid $173 which is a lot to have still been dissatisfied and not get the proper results expected. Not knocking them just saying that this didn't work out for me but it may work out for someone else looking for a new place to get their waxing done.

I have been going to Image Skin Studio for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. Rachelle is great! I have had multiple treatments and facials and she always delivers with care. She listens and makes recommendations specific to me and my skincare needs without trying to over sale products or services. Her knowledge and experience shows in every interaction and I highly recommend!

Lillian has been shaping and waxing my brows for a few months now and she does it better than anyone I have ever found! She takes the time to understand my requests and truly focuses on getting me the perfect shape every time! Lillian is knowledgeable about all of the services the salon offers, She is a joy to speak with and she has such a passion for what she does! I will be moving soon, but I will continue to have Lillian wax my brows, despite the inconvenient distance that comes with my move. I highly recommend her and this salon!
