My appt was at 2:45 and Dr Connie Harris called in 2 patients before I went to the desk at 3:20 and they don’t know what happened. When I saw her she was unprofessional and barely asked any questions. This was a 2 month check up after giving birth and she told me I have to ‘slim down’ and I need to walk minimum an hour every day even when I told her I have two young children. She proceeded to check my baby and before I had a chance to respond put her bare finger in my babies mouth with no glove and did not wash her hands or ask me. I left completely distraught about the entire experience, I will never be returning to this medical centre.

Pathologist Chirtra is excellent at what she does. I've had my fair share of blood tests, and hers was by far the most comfortable and virtually pain-free experience. She has a calm and professional demeanor that instantly puts you at ease. Chirtra takes the time to explain the process, which helps you feel more relaxed. If you're looking for someone who makes blood tests as easy as possible, I would recommend her.

If you want a great Dr head to Dee Why Medical Center and see Dr Smith!
Needed a gp looked him up and found myself a very kind and caring Dr easy to talk to and with a great bed side manner!
The staff there are always happy and ready to help you with a smile!

The RECEPTIONISTS are truly lovely, empathetic and kind. Five massive stars for the receptionists (ONLY) - this medical practice is lucky to have them and they deserve bonuses.
The only reason I strayed from my regular GP is because he is unavailable and my visit could not wait... I DEFINITELY wouldn't reccomend the GP I booked with in a pink fit, I left completely flustered, totally frustrated and in tears.
Go to Dee Why Grand Medical - the whole TEAM are Truly AMAZING there!! (No wonder they're so popular locally!)

I can highly recommend Dr Patel - she is so thorough, understanding and on the ball. I’ve been to a few different GPs over the years and have never stuck with one consistent one as the experiences haven’t been the best - Dr Patel is by the far the best GP I’ve come across and I’m super grateful for her patient care!
