Cannot put into words how professional I’m experienced the whole team is. I have been coming to the clinic since 2019 and each time I visited both myself and my parents who’ve been in attendance. The appointments have all said fantastic. Mrs Olver and her amazing team are. Recently had a mini operation on my right lower eyelid both the treatment and aftercare were second to non. I have recommended people who live local to me to also visit the clinic reference any ocular problems they are experiencing. I live three hours away and always travel And don’t go local due to the expertise the clinic are able to provide

As someone who is very scared of medical procedures, I was apprehensive about this whole process. However, I need my chalazion removed before my wedding, so I booked my appointment. Jane was amazing and put my at ease throughout the whole process. Although the operation was a bit painful, it was over quickly, and both Jane & the nurse were fantastic at distracting me and helping me through it. Such an incredible team, and I am so grateful that I chose Clinica! The healing process was quick and now there is absolutely no mark left from the chalazion or the surgery. I would definitely go back to Clinica again with any other issues!

I went to Clinica London for a private dermatological treatment consultation. Having paid for and seen the doctor, there was no follow-up with the treatment that I wanted. I contacted the clinic multiple times but never received any of the follow-up information I was promised at the time of the office visit. After posting the previous unedited review, the office contacted me and apologised for their error. They have since followed up with me and we are moving forward with treatment. I will be back to update my review again after treatment.

Been meaning to write this review for awhile we took our son Joshua to see Jane Olver for an eyelid ptosis due to his third nerve palsy condition in may Jane is a very lovely lady who really put Joshua at ease she did a fantastic job of his eyelid and even after we went abroad his eyelid got infected we were able to email in from the USA and Jane told us exactly what we needed out there, Jane has a very good secretary called Sophie too who also really helped us, quick, professional and understanding. Jane had also put us in touch with Ms Raoff who has now took Joshua on at her own surgery for further treatment of his condition which I’m extremely grateful for. Clinca is worth every penny spent , all interactions with all staff is nothing but lovely , you pay for the best and you get the people who are top of their field , thank you for everything

I would highly recommend Clinica London. I had a diagnostic procedure and the team who looked after me – a nervous needle phobic! - were very patient and understanding and made the whole thing as easy as possible. The consultant I saw was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I have been very happy with the whole process to date.

Poured money in into this office just to have my concerns ignored and remained in constant pain. I had a swollen tear duct and after constantly going back with pain and reoccurring infections I went to another Dr who didn’t dismiss my symptoms as part of my dry eye and immediately figured out it was a tear duct plug from years ago stuck in my tear duct. Clinica London’s only objective is to take as much money from you as possible.
