I absolutely love my Doctor!!!! She listens to my concerns. Nothing more valuable than a Doctor who hears your concerns and cares! Yes, fancy offices are cute to look at , but I’ll come here any day. I’ve been having health concerns and she toke me serious unlike my obgyn… I’ve been complaining to them for a year. I’ve only visited this office twice. Don’t hesitate!

Very nice staff for starters. The front end staff was welcoming, pleasant, patient as well as personable. The backend staff and Dr. Reese were knowledgeable, professional, worked in a timely manner and relatable.

They have that office secure from the time you have to get buzzed in until you leave, and btw the check-in process was quick.

There were no egos or nasty attitudes from anyone. I honestly felt welcomed from the moment of entry and I for sure know that I have found my primary doctor.

I am not the easiest patient, with all of my questions and fears, anxieties of needles and paranoia from catching the (vid) or monkeypox… I pretty much rather stay safe at home and away from as many ppl as possible including doctor’s offices and hospitals.

They eased my fears and I was able to let down my guard enough to get acclimated and comfortable which means the world to me.

They went over and beyond and that is what my expectations are for anyone doctor or professional that I choose to care for me and my health. PERIODT

I love the care my mom received at this office. Ms. Reese is extremely thorough. You can tell she loves her job. The girl at the front desk is always very nice and professional. I hope she stays a lot longer than the last girl.

This place is a hot mess.... I’ve been going to this clinic for about four years. Ms. BARTON was my doctor. Then she all of sudden left and someone else took her place. No one knew about this. The front desk people are rude. One of the nurse was in the process of taken my blood and she was talking on the phone the same time. They don’t know how to check you weight or your height. They’re slow and unprofessional. It’s just bad

The staff is completely rude and everytime the doctor tells me something no one ever returns my calls or act like they want to actually help. They always want to argue on the phone with you or get louder like thats going to help. If the doctor tells me another doctor will be able to see me if he has opening then the receptionist says she knows the other doctor won't see me and she will not schedule the appointment that is completely rude and yall really should get better customer service reps.

This was my first visit and I enjoyed it. Everyone was polite and professional. I brought my daughter with me and everyone was kind and patient even when she interrupted and told them how to care for her mom. My visit was quick and effective.

The facility is dirty, the nurses are lazy and the doctors are incompetent. The prescribe otc meds which you can get without a prescription. Dr. Barton is ignorant and she didn't take care of me as a patient. I still have the recurring problem and i asked her to prescribe me a medication my former doctor prescribed and she gave me otc meds. Do not go to this clinic. you will waste time and money
