I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Atlanta Midtown, and my experience was made exceptional by Gardenia at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with such warmth and professionalism that I immediately felt welcome. Gardenia was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing helpful recommendations for local spots and quickly addressing any requests I had. Her positive attitude and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Gardenia truly embodies what hospitality is all about. I look forward to staying here again, knowing there’s such a friendly face at the front desk!

I was responsible for booking an Atlanta hotel for a team meeting. I have no experience with this but the team at the AC Hotel Atlanta Midtown had my back!||Britnie in the sales department was understanding, helpful, and very responsive! Our meeting room perfectly fit our needs and then there was lunch…||Our corporate chef coordinated with Chef Candi, Dwayne & TJ (Banquet Captains) on a custom lunch using our company products! It was all fantastic!||The 6th floor pool bar was the perfect pre & post dinner meeting spot. The hotel location was super convenient… walkable to dozens of midtown restaurants.||And last but not least, the front desk staff handled a reservation challenge (certainly my mistake) kindly and quickly. Couldn't have been happier with our experience. Room very clean, bed/bedding super comfy, staff very friendly and accommodating. Felt safe (as safe as one feels in ATL). Only letdown was the Marriott staff that was NOT on site. We had arranged a block of rooms for a wedding party. The person we emailed with was NOT at all responsive. We wanted to check in a little early on a Friday because we had to be at a Wedding Rehearsal at 4:15. I called. I wrote. No response. Corporate gets a D rating, but the hotel and its staff get a solid A! I have the name of the staff member who never responded if Marriott wants it!

This is by far one of the worst AC hotels I've stayed at.

First, we indicated we would be arriving early in the morning. Once we arrived at the hotel, no room was going to be clean until 4 pm. I had to keep asking during the day to find out if the room was ready.

Second, once we got into our room, it was very dirty, so clearly nobody cleaned it. The floor was very sticky. We informed the front desk and they said they were going to "try" and fix it. Their solution was to send some poor guy with a Mr. Clean, a towel, and some random chemicals. He tried his best, but the floor did not improve whatsoever.

The parking is overpriced at $30 a night.

The staff did not wear proper uniforms, everyone was business as casual, so you couldn't tell who worked there or not.

The breakfast was way overpriced at $22/a person for something mediocre. You could order a la carte for extra $$.

Only good thing was the location, keeping local restaurants within walking distance and getting anywhere quick. For this, stay at the Marriott or Four Seasons next door, at least you can tell who worked there.

Field was very tasty and good size portions that kept me going for the day.
