Got my lips done here today by Diana and I can’t explain how happy I am with my experience. Diana was so sweet and patient, and took her time listening to my needs and concerns. I’m so in love with my results!! I will definitely be back here again and would recommend coming here!

These people are an unprofessional mess. I schedule a European facial and they sit me down for laser hair removal. I tell them this isn't what I wanted. The big lipped front desk girl with an attitude acts like it's my fault because of their mistake. I've been coming here for years and all these people at the front desk are so rude and unorganized. I'll never come back. Zero stars. Maybe hire people with an education who know how to work a desk.

I came to the clinic from the Washington area, a 6 hour flight just because of recommendations I heard, I was very excited. On the recommendation of doctor Richard, I did half a syringe and after 4 days everything disappeared, I was very unhappy with the result but I understood that there may be lips where the substance is absorbed faster. I contacted the clinic and the doctor and received an answer that I was shocked by. Inhumanity, evasion of responsibility. He replied that I asked for natural and these are the consequences. Tell me, is there anyone who pays $400 for half a syringe to look the same as it arrived? Didn't even suggest I come back to fix it. Contempt of service. 0 consideration. I will never go back and I don't recommend it to you either

Been coming here for 3 years. Front desk girls are always sweet and my favorite laser lady is Lilian. I have zero pain tolerance and after 3 years she knows what to expect from me ?. Couldn’t recommend her more.

Very clean place. Friendly staff. Lasers are well kept and don't hurt as much as other places I have previously been to. Always does a great job. Have gotten my lips done twice and they do not disappoint.

I did a laser treatment, it wasn’t my first time and it hurt way more than usual, I told the girl that did the treatment that it hurts way too much and she said it’s fine and we did this level before, I told her multiple times that it’s way too much for me. When she was done I noticed red spots but figured I’ll give it time to go away. It’s been 3 weeks and it looks exactly the same. I spoke to a nurse who said I’ll get reimbursed and called by management and provided with a cream to help heal. Management finally called me today and said I can come take the cream but no reimbursement because they spoke to a doctor that said it’s PROBABLY not burned just bruised and should disappear in 2 weeks, or if it is burned it’ll disappear in another month. I don’t think I should be bruised or burned when I trust someone with my skin and I do not feel comfortable walking around looking like that. They said I can get a free laser appointment but I don’t want them to burn me again so passed. Expected a lot more as a returning client. Very shocked with the whole situation.
