She made me feel super comfortable before and after surgery and answered any questions I had. My results are natural which is the biggest thing i was wanting to achieve. Rhinoplasty - I was unhappy with my nose and side profile. Dr. Barr and her team were very friendly and supportive of the changes I sought. The process could not have been more straightforward. I returned to work after a week and never felt like I had to slow down from everyday life. The best part is my nose looks more or less the same but better. The adjustments Dr. Barr made were the perfect amount to enhance my features without making me look different. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr Barr because I was bothered by the size and shape of my nose, which seemed to have changed with age. At 60, my nose had taken on a new prominence in my facial features, which was not pleasing to me.
Dr. Barr gave me back a nose shape that is more balanced and flattering to my face.
I am beyond happy with the result.
And an added bonus was straightening my nasal passage, for significantly better breathing.
The whole process, from consultation to final follow-up appt was smooth and comfortable. And Dr Barr’s assistant, Elle, is super helpful and responsive.
I can’t say enough about how well prepared I felt for the surgery, and how helpful the detailed post-surgical instructions were.
Everything was much easier than I had anticipated.

Dr. Barr is amazing! She did my rhinoplasty about a month ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Her assistant Elle is also wonderful and was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process.

I met with multiple plastic surgeons but none of them were comparable to Dr. Barr. There was no question that I wanted her to do my surgery after meeting her at the initial consult.

Dr. Barr is incredible at what she does. She is a highly skilled surgeon. But she is also genuine, kind, and super down to earth. She truly has your best interest in mind and it shows.

The whole process was seamless and the recovery has been great with very minimal pain. Dr. Barr and Elle kept in touch and were always available if I had questions. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Barr Aesthetics.
