Hace poco asistí a Z Medical Center a realizarme los exámenes rutinarios que pide Migracion y quería compartir con Uds la agradable experiencia que tuve desde que entré al mismo, un equipo altamente profesional desde que llame la primera vez para solicitar información, no hablo Inglés y no fue impedimento para que me asistieran antes, durante y después. La chica del laboratorio, el personal administrativo el Doctor, todos muy atentos y amables. Muchas gracias por su buen servicio y atención, agradezco mucho. Los recomiendo 100%

I called to inquire about finding a civil surgeon to complete I-693, I was told by a female receptionist the first available appointment would be for next year, January 17th. I wanted to make sure I made the right appointment and got cut off by the receptionist stating “Yes, we are fully aware…” I decided to go to a different clinic because of the first impression I’ve received from the receptionist is not pleasant. I was able to have an appointment confirmed for the next day at a different clinic on South Semoran, for the same rate and a way better phone etiquette.

I have never been so unhappy with a place. I went in for help with stomach pains and the doctor had his back to me the whole time. He sent me for x-rays on a Thursday never got back to me till Tuesday and I ended up in the ER. His mannerism is awful. He wants you to come in for results on a follow-up and pay for a follow-up appointment. If you want your test results you have to make a follow-up and pay for them. He wouldn't discuss with me unless I paid again. I didn't get answers from him at all and now I have to go through it all again with a different doctor.

I have lived in Florida for 19 years and Dr Zaffar is the best doctor I have ever met, he is very professional and has a lot of experience. He takes time to listen to you and is very helpful, the rest of the staff are also very pleasant and helpful.

I’ve never in my life felt so belittled , heartbroken and discriminated in my life , the doc sent the wrong prescription to pharmacy and when I called to get it fix he wanted to see me .. I agreed and even then he wouldn’t see me and was completely rude over the phone with me , had his staff as the middle person to communicate and when he finally got on the phone he wouldnt listen to anything I had to say, yelled over me , wished me the best of luck and hung up the phone . All I needed was for him to fix the prescription to say tablet instead of capsule bc with my insurance capsules would’ve been more expensive.. you are heartless, unprofessional, rude the list goes on and you shouldn’t be practicing at all!! Don’t deserve any stars , wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Worse experience ever. And and I would like to mention that i was a NEW patient. There was no need for the attitude, rudeness and disrespect I received from this doctor, I recommend going elsewhere.

Do not go to this office!!!! the receptionist scheduled an appointment for me and when I arrived she turned me away stating I needed to change my pcp. However when I called to set the appointment it was because they were to be the new pcp and it was understood that I was coming in as a new patient. When I asked her to go ahead and change the pcp she refused and told me that it was my job to call and have it changed I’m not in the medical field but I do know that when you have a new patient as the receptionist it is apart of the job to go ahead and assist in helping the patient change that information and merge them into your system especially if you already set up a new patient appointment. She simply told me No she can not get on a call with my insurance and change the pcp to her clinic. She then told me even if I did that you can’t be seen until a month as it would take 3-5 days to register and upload in there system as a new patient. How was I able to make the appointment in the first place if they required all of this before hand?! She basically did not want to do the work. I am an asthmatic and was turned away because she did not want to make a call having me right there to consent to any questions my insurance would have requested. terrible customer service! Rude! When you work in the medical field number one rule is we try to save the life! You don’t just let the patient die! You do all you can do to help them. And she could care less. She did not provide any type of patient care quality that is taught in the medical field it’s the first chapter of the course! Avoid this clinic lazy workers who will turn you away if it means they have to get on a phone and actually do the work they are there to do. Provide the service for there doctor to treat and welcome new patients. I have reported the clinic to the better business bureau! And I also spoke to my insurance provider who as well apologized for the unprofessionalism I experienced. She was in fact her words “I’m appalled 3 to 5 days that’s unheard of”! Thankfully she stood on the phone to find me a doctor and an appointment for the next day and apologized again for the inconvenience as I had cut a work day in half to attend the appointment that I was not even seen for. Please just go to the emergency room they clearly do a much better job in the care department even though the wait might be long you will get seen!
