I called to ask a question about the services offered and they answered the phone just listening to me until I said Hello. Then when I asked why they answered the phone like that verifying if I got the number correct the person who answered the phone snapped at me asking if I had a question and I replied yes if this is the walk in clinic why didn't you speak when you answered the phone they hung up on me. This place is suspect . I definitely would not go there because they do not seem to be professional they act like they are hiding from someone. Beware!!!!!!!

Great Doctor! I don’t have the lofty privilege of paying thousands of dollars to billion dollar Health Care providers. Dundee Clinic Has serviced my family and business for over 5 years. Always professional, and always open to help. Also, when I had Covid he was more knowledgeable than any of the 4 doctors at Winter Haven Hospital.
If you’re looking to be pampered and have a long drawn out marathon of diagnosis. If you love doctor offices, this might not be the place for you. Go find the pyramid scheme of specialist referring specialists to run the tab up, because Dundee Clinic deals with the problem and gets you out.
FYI: Dundee Pharmacy is his wife’s business! If I was a doctor you better believe I would be recommending her pharmacy.

Dr. Macida was very fast, professional and kind. As oppose to the terrible experience I had at Advent Health Urgent Care, off Cypress Gardens Blvd. Go there if you would rather wait hours to be seen.
I will always choose to support local. The doctor gave me several options for my treatment.

I just left the doctor office and got a DOT, physical. He was professionally courteous and quick. It was great and I live in the state of Texas. if you need to see a great doctor this is the place. I will be back.

What a wonderful clinic and doctor!!! I was frantically searching for a new doctor after my current one stopped practicing and was having trouble finding one. Dr. Macida was recommended to me by my pharmacist, so I went in to see him and I was quickly processed, assessed , and seen and was out the door with what I needed. I’ve never had such a good experience with any health care professional. I am so impressed with this doctor and practice. Thank you Dr. Macida! You are my doctor forever now!!!

If I could rate this place a zero I most definitely would. I have been running a high grade fever for almost a week and been super congested along with a severe cough. I had checked my temperature right before entering and had a 103 degree fever. All he did was check my temperature (said I was perfectly fine which I totally did not believe seeing as I just checked my temperature) and somehow was able to prescribe me four different medications?! I had also asked if he could check me for the flu because I was afraid that’s possibly what I had and he refused!! He also didn’t run my insurance or put my information in the computer. It’s also a little crazy that he is both the receptionist and the main “doctor”. I most definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Really wish I would have read reviews before I decided to go.

This was literally the best experience we have had in walk in clinic. The building may not be the prettiest but it is clean. Doc is legit, fast/polite and gets you in and out.
