I wish I had before and after photos because it’s pretty amazing.
I’ve taken two dresses here now with pretty decent stains. One of which was makeup and about a month old!
Both times I cannot find the stain after no matter how hard I look. Nothing. Not even close.

They will tell you that they will try but can’t guarantee to remove the stain, but so far 100% works!
Staff is very friendly. Each piece was about $15-20.

They’re always so friendly and timely in here. The prices are great and they always communicate when an alteration will be ready. The drive-through is also super convenient. I’ve never had an issue and highly recommend.

I brought my expensive comforter to them to be dry cleaned. When I brought it home it was torn almost down one entire edge of the comforter, that’s a big problem! I went to them with my concerns the man never apologized, never admitted that they did the damage. I told him to be a decent human being and be responsible for the damage. He would not. I said this was a brand new comforter, that needed to be cleaned before my using it. I said be responsible, I want a refund. He said no “not my problem” or close to that “call the company”. I said you took my money you can refund it back. I said why can’t you just be a decent human being and be responsible. I left the store crying saying he was a thief, and should be ashamed of himself. I also drove down to the small claims court in Charlotte to file a claim. People MUST be held accountable, no matter what the situation. This man, this dry cleaning service could care less about how they treat you and the things that you bring to them to have serviced. By the way this is my very first written review for a company, I am just learning how to write a review, so it took me some time to figure it out. This was time well spent if will keep people from using their dry cleaning service and also letting people know they are dishonest, uncaring, and have no conscience whatsoever when it comes to their customers. STAY AWAY!!!

I am posting this negative review because this dry cleaner lost 8 of my best business shirts. Most unfortunately, although the shirts were dropped off less than one week earlier, my wife lost the receipt. They argued with her that they must be in my closet. When I returned to Birkdale from a business trip, I also went in and received the same accusatory conduct and poor attitude. It was a favorite group of business shirts so I was able to describe about 5 of them. I asked them to check their system carefully and they were non accommodating and very short with me. One year later, a clearer English speaking person called me to say they have 8 shirts that I never picked up. My wife went in, tried to explain to the same 2 present (limited English) about the entire circumstance and they still made her pay. No apology, no restitution, only the usual poor attitude. This place has extremely terrible customer service and rude attitudes. I have never returned and I have halted many, many friends and neighbors in the Greens at Birkdale Village from ever using their services. Terrible and completely unacceptable.

The owners are sweet and they do amazing work. I'm short and am always taking pants and dresses in to be hemned, I have also taken shirts in to have itchy tags removed and have never been disappointed with their work. They have the items back to you the same week, usually in 3 or 4 business days when other places take a week or more. They can prioritize your request if needed in case you are in a race against time. Prices are normal, good given location. Highly recommend for all needs: brides, businessmen, and fashionistas alike.

Very friendly, reasonable and fairly quick. Brought in a knitted sweater skirt that needed the elastic waist to be trimmed/fit smaller. Brought it in on a Monday and it was complete by Friday.
